I have three words for Vizcaya….love, love, LOVE! I took these photos awhile ago but I love this place so much I am putting them on the blog. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a little piece of Euro-Heaven in Miami. Located on the beautiful bay, it is a 2 minute drive from downtown. An absolute gem within the hustle and bustle of the city. The first time I visited Vizcaya I fell in love. The second I got engaged, I knew I had to get married here. Too bad it’s REALLY expensive to have a wedding here…so I did the next best thing and had our engagement pictures taken here. I have gone back Vizcaya several times….it never gets old. It is a great place to spend an afternoon and sketch or read a book. If you are in Miami on vacation or live here and have out of town guests, Vizcaya is a must on the ‘to-do’ list. Did I mention I love this place!?!?
