The Water Table | Virginia Beach | Wedding | Jenny + Scott

Jenny + Scott were married on a beautiful day at The Water Table in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago. Sunkissed Events and Design was on hand to keep everything running smoothly (and making sure the precious flower girl and ring bearers got down the aisle).

The story between Jenny and I started 4.5 years ago. Except I didn’t know it at the time. During our first meeting, Jenny slipped in that she was at my wedding. Yep! You read that right. I looked back through my reception photos and sure enough, there she was! My husband and I were married in Miami, Florida and one of his cousins wasn’t able to come last minute. Cue the maid of honor, Emily. Emily is also one of my husband’s cousin. Jenny had traveled down to Florida with Emily to make a little vaca out of it. Since she knew one of the relatives was not attending Jenny was Emily’s date. Fast forward to my meeting with Jenny + Scott, Jenny didn’t even know I was the bride at the wedding she attended in Florida when she came across my website. Once she read my bio she started putting things together. Small world! So in the end, we evened the score and crashed each other’s wedding, in a sense. 🙂

Jenny + Scott’s wedding day was wonderful. The guests looked out over the water with beautiful boats as a backdrop during the ceremony and then enjoyed the awesome entertainment of Three Sheets To The Wind. That band was amazing!!! If you are looking for a little yacht rock they are your guys! The couple brewed their own beer as favors, too. If you are a pet lover you are not to miss their custom bottle labels and their cake topper. So darn cute. All the best to Jenny + Scott as Mr. + Mrs.!
