As soon as I saw Lauren + Matt come through the doors at the Norfolk Botanical Garden they both had huge smiles on their faces. Aside from my wonderful first impression of them, there is one thing I will never forget about their engagement session….how excited they were that they were getting their photos taken that day. Lauren mentioned she couldn’t believe it was finally their turn to have them done! This really touched me. Those words reminded me of why I love what I do and why I love creating memories for my clients. Not just the photos themselves but the experience of getting glammed up, putting on a cute dress and the time during the session. Laughing and cuddling with your love. I was a bride once and I do remember being very excited to have my engagement photos taken. As the years pass, I forget about that feeling. Lauren + Matt made me feel warm and fuzzy about engagements all over again! I can’t wait to soak up their happiness, again, at their wedding next May.
