It is the start of a new month and the start of a new adventure for Sarah Street Photography. When I first started I didn’t know what I wanted to focus on. I dipped my hand in a little of everything. I think most new photographers go through this internal process. Over the past year the business has gone everywhere from newborns to the older generation to events. It has been all over the board. I have met some AMAZING people along the way. Many I consider friends now, not just a past client. The past few months my heart has been pulling in a certain direction and have decided that now is a good time as any. As of today, Sarah Street Photography will no longer be taking on new family or children clients. I want to be able to focus on what I truly love. Sarah Street Photography will be focusing on couples/engagements, weddings, boudoir and high school seniors. Specializing will allow me to grow and improve in those areas. That is always my goal, to never stop learning and growing and becoming even better at my craft. I want my clients to know that when I am working with them before, during or after their session that I LOVE what I am doing and am so incredibly thrilled to be doing it. I want my work to reflect that happiness.
This new change is scary and exciting all at the same time. I am anxious to dive into this new adventure and see what happens. I appreciate all of you that have supported me the past year and am really excited to see what the next year brings!!! Next stop, website facelift!
