The Neon District in Norfolk was a fun and unique spot for this engagement session! When brainstorming ideas with Katelyn + Matt, they were looking for something a little different. Something that fit their personalities and who they are as a couple. Matt wanted to incorporate some architecture (as I love to do, too!) and the color filled walls were the perfect match.
Their soon-t0-be marriage is not only joining the lives of Katelyn + Matt but also Matt’s two boys. Since they are so special to them, they wanted a few shots with the boys at the beginning of the session. As most boys, they were not super jazzed about having to smile for the camera. They were troopers, though, and did an awesome job! So glad I got to meet them. I can’t wait to have Katelyn + Matt in front of my lens again, but for now here are a few of my favs from their engagement session last week!
