This Charleston, South Carolina engagement session with Nick & Jordann was memorable! It wasn’t my first time in Charleston, but was my first time photographing an engagement in the charming southern city. We started out at their apartment on James Island where I met their very rambunctious five month old puppy, Herman. It is a good thing he is a super cute ball of fur because during the thirty minutes there he managed to lick my lens like it was a tasty treat, attempted to eat my shoes and photobomb some of the photos. How could you not forgive that face!?
Next, we headed downtown. We meandered our way from South Battery to Legare Street chasing the rest of the daylight. With it being a Thursday evening it was extra quiet and peaceful. Only a few locals walking their dogs passed up by. It felt like we had the entire street to ourselves. Once the sun went down we headed for pizza and pasta at Monza (yum). A great session, great company and great food was the perfect way to end the day! Until next time, Charleston.
