Ashley, Andy and their sweet little pup, Tucker, met up with me in downtown Norfolk, near the Pagoda, for their engagement session. They wanted to include their fur-baby in some of their photos. I am a fur-mama myself and understand that they are a part of the family, too! Tucker stole the show. He even had his own little portrait session as Ashley + Andy changed into a second outfit.
This was a very quick session! The weather was great all day until the start of the session. It started to cloud up and halfway through we could hear thunder in the distance with a dark cloud coming our way. Both Ashley + Andy are active duty military and with the crazy schedules it would have been tough to postpone, so we pressed on in hopes it didn’t down pour on us. Luckily, the rain held off until we got back to the car!
All the best to these two as they are planning their wedding out west for next year. I am so grateful to have been able to capture their engagement for them!
